As a Sr. Account Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our team of Account Administrators that support our Personal Line and Commercial Line teams, ensure accurate processing, documentation and maintenance of client accounts. This role will back up the Branch Manager during any absences and will act as key communication between the branch and administrative team in Edmonton. What You Will Do -
- Provide back up support to Personal Line and Commercial Line brokers in their day-to-day tasks
- Supervise the branch Account Administrator team
- Develop and input employee schedule into HRIS,
oversee employee timecard, fixing errors and approving hours
- Run and review a variety of reports.
- Process client deposits, disbursements and NSF's
- Complete reconciliations of Insurance Company billing and petty cash
- Participate and/or organize meetings
- Other administrative duties as required
What You Bring to the Team –
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
- Previous experience with insurance or insurance brokerage
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Organizational and time management skills are a must
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Drive and motivation for personal growth
