As a Development Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the Director of Development for the $100M Keep Life Wild campaign at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. This position emphasizes effective calendar management, meeting coordination, and donor engagement to ensure fundraising priorities are met while driving volunteer-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendar and scheduling for the Director • Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, materials,



and follow-ups • Oversee Campaign Cabinet meetings and volunteer engagement • Assist in creating prospect research and donor correspondence • Maintain accurate records within Raiser’s Edge NXT

Requirements: • College diploma or equivalent in business or healthcare • 2-3 years of administrative experience in a not-for-profit • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor databases • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
