Join AssetWorks GPS in Calgary as a Support Analyst and work directly with clients to diagnose and resolve GPS platform issues. This full time, in-person role focuses on continuous customer care and technical support. In this position, you will be the primary link for customers throughout Canada and the United States post-deployment.

You'll handle technical inquiries, implement hardware orders, and ensure clients smoothly onboard the AWGPS platform. Your efforts will drive improvements in customer satisfaction and help clients fully leverage their fleet management software. Key Responsibilities:
Triage GPS hardware and software issues effectively
Assist with client onboarding and platform configuration
Document and escalate bugs to the development team
Utilize remote troubleshooting techniques
Contribute to process improvements and documentation Requirements:
Post-secondary degree/diploma in relevant fields
Proven customer service experience
