NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Client Manager for our Digital Team in Oshawa/Hamilton. You will service clients through live chat and email, advise on personal insurance coverage, and help tailor solutions to client needs.
Responsibilities include processing policies, renewals, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining solid carrier relationships. This is a hybrid, full time role with base salary and incentives. Fluency in English/French is a plus.
