Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and general customer service.
Lead and support staff during daily operations and assign tasks as required.
Train and guide recent employees on store procedures and customer service.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and daily performance.
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected sales floor and backroom.
Receive, move, lift, and organize merchandise and assist with stocking shelves.
Help with merchandising, product displays, price changes, and promotional sales.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure store policies and safety procedures are followed.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 42.0 per week
