Restorex Disaster Restoration is a local, family owned company providing disaster restoration services for residential and commercial clients in Saskatchewan.

Position

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable individual to join our administrative team as the Accounts Payable Administrator. This position will be a one-year part time contract and will result in 16 hours per week. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Administrator is primarily responsible for day-to-day Accounts Payables processing and credit card reconciliations; however, other job duties can include:
Bi-Weekly Employee Timecard Entry
Answer multi-line telephone calls as secondary backup
Backup Receptionist as needed
Other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an Office Administration/Reception Role
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
