As the Team Lead, Family Intervention Program, you’ll assist in overseeing operations while directly supervising Family and Youth Support Workers. Your leadership will facilitate the development of individualized care plans, ensuring high-quality support services are delivered to participants. This role emphasizes collaboration and a commitment to empowering individuals toward self-reliance and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise program staff, fostering a supportive workplace
• Monitor intake timelines, ensuring timely participant support




• Strategically manage caseload assignments based on needs
• Assess and enhance participant readiness for positive changes
• Coordinate case management meetings with Clinical Social Workers
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in social work or related field
• Ongoing registration with Alberta College of Social Workers
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience with high-risk populations
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
