- Begin every shift in a clean, pressed and complete uniform.
- Greet and interact with Guests in a friendly, caring, and professional manner; treat everyone with respect and courtesy responding to their unique needs.
- Your solid food and beverage knowledge will help you to make recommendations that you genuinely feel Guests will enjoy; you contribute to increased profitability by suggesting Limited Time Offer (LTO) items, bundles, add-ons.
- Ensure all orders are rung into the POS system correctly; repeating order back to Guests to ensure accuracy.
- Process all order payments accurately.
- Serve Guests with an elevated sense of urgency ensuring speed of service standards are achieved.
- Be organized and efficient by prioritizing appropriately and stocking as you go to always ensure “Guest Ready” before each revenue period and to support the speed of service.




- Pack orders accurately ensuring there are no missing items for each order by following all order “check off” procedures by using the correct packaging according to the standard.
- Seal, label, and store all completed orders in their designated areas.
- Double-check all delivery orders for accuracy prior to communicating and handing off to Delivery Team.
- Manage and update Guest order status via tablet as required to accurately measure speed of service performance.
- Deliver completed curbside orders with your Chalet hospitality following all proper safety procedures.
- Handle all Guest concerns using Swiss Chalet Guest Recovery methods; always notify a manager.
- Encourage Guests to submit feedback to help us celebrate the things we do well and work on the areas we can improve.
- Drive profitability by promoting and encouraging Ultimate Dining Card (UDC) sales.
- Answer the telephone politely within three rings following all Service Standards.
