• Conduct financial need assessments for job start supports




• Assist with online applications and scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate records in ICM and track stats
• Register clients for training and distribute resources
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 with a post-secondary certificate or diploma
• Experience in customer service and client assessments
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software
• Ability to handle challenging client interactions
