The Bradley Retirement Living is looking for an experienced Dining Services Manager to oversee our restaurant and private dining operations while creating memorable experiences for residents and guests. If you're a passionate leader with a background in hospitality, customer service, and team management, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house dining staff
- Ensure exceptional resident and guest dining experiences
- Manage scheduling, training, inventory, and service standards
- Oversee beverage operations, compliance, and cost control
- Support special events and community functions
- Maintain high standards for food safety and customer service
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of management experience in dining, hospitality, or restaurant services
- Food Handler Certification and Liquor Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
