Culinary Unicorn is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy, upscale restaurant and cocktail bar looking for someone reliable, organized, and confident on the line.
What we’re looking for
Previous skilled kitchen experience
Solid line-cooking and food-prep skills
Able to work efficiently during busy dinner service
Consistent with plating, portions, and food quality
Strong understanding of food safety and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable taking direction and helping lead the kitchen when required
Evening and weekend availability require
