KMB Law is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 10+ years of law firm experience. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and able to demonstrate strong communication skills.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance a strong litigation practice in conjunction with experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging legal environment.

Position Overview:

The Litigation Lawyer will assist with the performing of a variety of substantive, complex and routine legal activities with a commitment to legal excellence.

This position may be located at our head office in Mississauga or in our Toronto office.

Responsibilities include, among others:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
• Develop and implement legal strategies in collaboration with clients and other team members.
• Independent carriage of files and collaboration on files with senior litigators.
• Work with and supervise junior lawyers and students.
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings, while providing practical, cost-effective solutions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 10+ years of good quality civil and commercial litigation experience.
