Duties
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests' tables
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting for recent guests, and sanitizing surfaces
Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen, such as organizing supplies and assisting with basic meal assembly when needed
Handle food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essentials to ensure seamless service flow




Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and address guest needs promptly

Experience
Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
Experience in customer service roles that involve direct guest interaction
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management and cashiering
Experience in kitchen or hospitality environments, including hotel or barista roles, is a plus
Robust communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members
Commitment to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
