Tenure: Full time, 4–6 Month Contract

Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $21/hour

Job Summary:

The Shipping and Facilities Associate will support shipping, receiving, warehouse, equipment preparation, facility maintenance, and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and ship routers, modems, and other equipment; maintain accurate shipping and warehouse documentation.
Receive devices and materials and assist with general warehouse activities.
Conduct facility inspections, support routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments regarding equipment, repairs, deliveries, and facility requirements.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure equipment meets required quantity and quality standards.
Respond to facility/equipment alarms and system issues as required.




Assist internal teams with inquiries related to returned equipment, shipments, and customer requests.
Maintain an organized and secure warehouse and facility environment.
May be required to work evenings or weekends in response to operational or service needs.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook .
Robust attention to deadlines, accountability, and work ethic.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Ability to work effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Flexibility to take on various tasks to support overall team objectives.

Nice to Have:
2+ years of experience or education in a technology-related industry .
1+ year of experience in customer service or warehouse operations .
