Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Take and accurately process customer orders using POS systems, including cash handling.
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Food Safe Certificate
Serving it Right Certificate
Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Job Type: Part time Pay: $18.25-$19.10 per hour
