You will educate patients, monitor disease panels, and work closely with physicians to deliver secure, family-centered care. Eligible for northern allowance and travel reimbursement, supporting service in northern Alberta.
The role requires four years of LPN experience, solid communication, and willingness to travel to rural communities. Connect Care familiarity is a plus.
