Grey Eagle Resort & Casino is seeking a Buffet Cook to join our culinary team. Under supervision, you’ll prepare a wide range of hot and cold buffet items, follow recipes, and maintain portion control. You will work on the line in a rapid-paced environment, ensuring quality, accuracy and presentation. You’ll set up stations, use grills, fryers, ovens and other equipment, and help develop Prep Cooks and Kitchen Helpers when needed.
