Summary The Stock Supervisor oversees daily inventory control, stock handling, and supervision of the stock team at the Yorkdale store. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, effective stockroom operations, and adherence to safety and health standards.

Responsibilities - Supervise the stock team in receiving, storing, replenishing, and organizing inventory.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and management to maintain appropriate inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee stockroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor new stock associates on inventory systems,



safety procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to fulfill inventory requests.

Requirements - Proven leadership experience supervising stockroom or warehouse teams.

- Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock rotation best practices.
- Proficiency with inventory systems and accurate processing of incoming/outgoing stock.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
