We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Stone Oven Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment where teamwork and food safety are top priorities. The Pizza Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and assisting with various kitchen tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using stone oven appropriate techniques and equipment
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- Serve customers at the counter or in the dining area with professionalism and friendliness
- Follow food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure quality control




- Collaborate with team members to deliver productive service during busy hours

Qualifications

- KNOWLEDGE and Experience using a stone oven
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in meal preparation and food industry operations is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully
