Our South Edmonton Common Elements Outfitters store is looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team! We’re looking for someone who loves the outdoors, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. As Store Manager, you’ll lead and coach a team, oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and help build a positive, community-focused store culture.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Retail leadership or management experience
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Experience with inventory, merchandising, and store operations
- A passion for the outdoors and outdoor apparel/gear is an asset!
