Protect and serve as a Part-Time Security Guard with WinSport, ensuring safety and a welcoming workplace for our guests. Work 10-25 hours per week, including evenings and overnight shifts.
As a key member of the WinSport security team, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Security. This role emphasizes safety, integrity, and excellent customer service. You will manage incidents, assist with emergencies, conduct patrols, and monitor security systems throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve safety concerns across the park
• Assist paramedics and perform first aid if necessary
• Respond to fire alarms and vehicle accidents
• Conduct routine safety inspections and patrols
• Monitor closed-circuit TV and security systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• Valid Security License and CPR/First Aid Certification
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Class C driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
