Mornings will be out on the road performing required tasks outside of the office. The other part is assisting our showings department in booking and communications, this will be in office. Days vary depending on the needs of the Property Managers (PM’s) and Property Manager Assistants (PMA’s). Being adaptable and organized are two key needs for this position.You need to be available on short notice to complete tasks that come up during the day/week depending on the needs of the PM’s and PMA’s. You will also assist our showings team with booking and tracking showings, and assist on showings on site where needed.You will be using apps and desktop programs to complete tasks,
