Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and pumps with precision.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction techniques to complete projects efficiently.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and installation of plumbing components.
Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols during installation or repair work.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC systems, carpentry elements, or other mechanical components.

Requirements




Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair within commercial or industrial settings.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for commercial driving tasks.
Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in confined or elevated spaces.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry basics, and schematics is highly desirable.
Commitment to safety standards with experience using construction safety protocols.
