We are seeking energetic and reliable Snow Removal Equipment Operators to join our dedicated winter maintenance team. Duties
Operate truck snow plows, loaders, skid steers, sanding trucks and other heavy equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and walkways
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on snow removal machinery to ensure optimal performance
Coordinate with team members to prioritize routes and manage snow removal schedules efficiently
Apply sand, salt or de-icing materials as needed to enhance safety during winter conditions
Monitor weather reports and prepare equipment in advance of storms for prompt response
Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, route completion, and safety checks




Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and company policies

Requirements
Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, plow trucks or similar machinery in construction or municipal settings
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic maintenance on snow removal equipment
Valid driver’s license & clean abstract mandatory for operating trucks.
Familiarity with Bobcat equipment or similar brand is preferred
Equipmentoperatorcertification is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation in winter conditions
Construction experience or background working with heavy machinery is highly desirable
