Job Details
Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Burnaby, BC (Metrotown area)
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Answering incoming phone calls in a consistently friendly, welcoming, and polite manner.
Appointment Scheduling: Managing the service calendar, coordinating booking dates, and scheduling service appointments accurately for clients.
Invoice Management: Submitting invoices for payment through various portals efficiently.
Digital Archiving: Scanning and uploading documents into the dealership's internal system to maintain neat, accessible digital records.

Qualifications & Skills
Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills with a clear,



polite phone demeanour.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn and navigate digital billing portals, scheduling software, and scanning equipment.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy when inputting customer data, scheduling times, and submitting invoice details.
Organizational Skills: Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced setting.
Customer First Mentality: Previous experience in retail, automotive administrative roles, hospitality, or front-desk reception is considered an asset.
