Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests and create a welcoming dining atmosphere
Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance receipts
Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow




Address guest concerns with professionalism and a service‑driven approach
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and responsible service guidelines

Qualifications & Attributes
Positive, outgoing, and guest‑focused personality
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Previous serving experience is an asset
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
