We are seeking a friendly and qualified Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently at the bar and tables
Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service, timely delivery of orders, and friendly interaction
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest experience
Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality experience is a plus; a positive attitude and teamwork orientation are essential
