Lead technology initiatives as the Technology Support Manager with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. This hybrid role focuses on infrastructure management and user support in Washington, DC or Ottawa.As an integral part of SFI, you will report to the Senior Director of Technical Operations. With your extensive IT expertise, you'll manage technology infrastructure, ensure system security, and conduct staff training on IT resources. Your strategic impact will enhance organizational efficiency and promote a team-oriented IT culture.Key Responsibilities:
Manage technology infrastructure design and maintenance
Coordinate staff training on IT security practices
Oversee daily operations of cloud-based systems
Address escalated technical issues and improve processes
Ensure compliance with software licensing and security policiesRequirements:
Minimum five years of IT experience, two years in management
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
