As an Early Childhood Assistant at Mothercraft, you're a Level 2 qualified dedicated to nurturing children's growth. Your responsibilities will include assisting with program planning, providing emotional support, and maintaining open communication with families. Working with passionate educators, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality early childhood education. A split shift availability is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for children's physical and emotional needs
• Foster secure relationships with children
• Assist with culturally sensitive program planning
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Ensure a secure physical workplace for children
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience with children
• Early Childhood Assistant certificate preferred
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
• Standard First Aid & CPR C required
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
