Duties Providing legal advice on banking, finance and corporate matters Advising clients on matters such as project and acquisition finance, secured lending and debt and equity capital markets Handling mergers and acquisitions Managing venture capital transactions Addressing general corporate matters About You 3 or more years post-call experience in corporate law in private practice or in-house Experience in banking, finance and secured lending Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent drafting skills Robust organizational skills and attention to detail Bilingualism is an asset Permitted to work in Canada About the Job Salary will range between $150,000 and $200,000, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
