As a Senior Manager, Transactions your responsibilities will include: Plan, execute, direct and complete all aspects of both buy side and sell side financial due diligence engagement in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, retail and distribution,



and other diversified industries Serve as the day‑to‑day point person on engagements; lead meetings and callswith clients and target management Coordinate multidisciplinary diligence teams including tax, IT, and valuation specialists. Manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively Apply commercial judgment to evaluate transaction structures, purchase agreement terms, working capital mechanisms, debt‑like items, and valuation considerations. Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives, portraying knowledge and confidence Demonstrated ability to contribute to practice growth through client delivery excellence, thought leadership, and business development Manage business development activities, such as proposals,
