You’ll support P&L; functions and cash flow management, ensuring compliance with internal controls and implementing timely forecasts to meet annual targets. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accurate financial reporting for the Hydronics business
Function as a finance partner, driving cash flow improvements
Manage financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Direct month-end close and annual planning activities
Analyze key performance metrics to identify risks and prospects Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ in FP&A;
3+ years of leadership experience
Knowledge of US/Canadian GAAP preferred
