Aspire Software is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to enhance our financial operations in Montreal. Take charge of reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning across our portfolio companies. In this senior role, you will lead financial initiatives that align with the company's growth strategy.

You will oversee the period-end close and ensure compliance with corporate policies while managing a team of finance specialists. Your ability to drive performance and implement best practices will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial analysis and strategic planning efforts
Supervise and support finance personnel in their roles
Ensure timely and accurate compliance and reporting




Monitor portfolio performance and recommend improvement strategies
Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar; CPA is preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance management
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage risks effectively
Solid analytical skills with expertise in MS Excel
