Snip and Style is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Toronto location. You'll oversee staff scheduling, customer service, inventory, and sales, while keeping the salon running smoothly and profitably. Candidates with esthetics or salon experience are strongly preferred.
Duties
Supervise and support salon staff, including stylists, estheticians, and front desk team
Manage daily scheduling, staff assignments, and coverage
Oversee inventory ordering and vendor relationships for salon supplies
Track sales performance and help drive revenue growth
Handle customer service issues and ensure a high-quality client experience
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of current staff
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications
Prior experience managing a salon, spa, or similar service business preferred
Esthetics background or hands-on salon/spa experience strongly preferred
Robust organizational and people-management skills
Comfortable with basic scheduling and sales tracking tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
