Are you passionate about beauty, organization, and creating a welcoming environment? Our busy, vibrant salon is looking for a Receptionist/Assistant/Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our team — someone who keeps things running smoothly while keeping clients happy and stylists supported.

About the Role:

This is more than just a front desk job. You'll act as a liaison between clients and stylists, ensuring a seamless, elevated salon experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones with professionalism and warmth
Booking and managing appointments efficiently
Greeting clients, assisting with intake, and prepping them for stylists
Creating and posting engaging social media content
Light cleaning and salon organization to keep our space fresh and welcoming
Supporting stylists by shampooing clients and assisting with root colour applications (training provided)

You Are:
Friendly, polished, and people-oriented




Organized, reliable, and detail-driven
Social media savvy
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Open to learning new skills and being hands-on in all aspects of the salon
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)

Bonus if you have:
Salon or reception experience (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
A love of beauty, fashion, and customer service
