We are seeking a Sr. DevOps release engineer who will be responsible for building and maintenance of current/existing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native deployments. The candidate should have expertise in Cloud technologies, and Security. He/She will build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are secure against security threats. This role involves effective utilization of Salesforce tools and collaborate with stakeholders to meet organizational requirement
Maintain CI/CD pipeline and perform release management activities
Perform data management
Oversee end to end DevOps processes
Salesforce incidents management
Production Go-Live Experience
Users and license management which includes but not limited to creating/deactivating recent users, create/update roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, etc.
Managing Sandbox(s)
Perform configuration changes, for instance-create/update fields, page layouts, flows, custom settings, reports, dashboards, etc.
Resolve support tickets
Review technical deliverables, and resolve defects
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
