Duties
To support the sale of aircraft parts and inventory management in an international customer environment
Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation promptly and accurately
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing explicit information and solutions
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities
Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary documentation and guidance




Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience

Skills
Positive understanding of Logistics and the Sales Life Cycle
Knowledge of Aircraft Parts
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or similar tools
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
Nice-to-have: experience in sales support or administrative roles; familiarity with data entry and reporting tools
