We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales + Ship & Receive Associate to join our dynamic team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient shipping and receiving processes within our retail environment. You will be the key player in managing inventory movement, supporting customer orders, and maintaining the sales floor to meet our high standards of service.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with sales transactions and product inquiries, providing excellent service to enhance their experience
Manage shipping and basic receiving activities
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards are met
Maintain organized storage areas, conduct regular inventory counts, and update records in inventory systems
Support retail operations by performing basic math calculations for order quantities, weights,



and measurements

Requirements
Basic experience in shipping & receiving, or related roles with a focus on order fulfillment
Strong understanding of web-order processes including order picking, packing, load & unload procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for order calculations and inventory management
Hands-on experience with e-commerce order processing and packaging standards is a plus
Moderate physical stamina to lift heavy items safely and perform load/unload tasks repeatedly
