As a key member reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Affairs, you will perform critical regulatory accounting functions and assist with OEB filings. Ideal candidates have a CPA and robust analytical skills with a passion for accurate financial analysis in a regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regulatory accounting activities and reconciliations
• Validate accuracy of IESO invoices and claims
• Perform statistical analysis on billing and GL data
• Support rate applications and RRR filings
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or related discipline
• CPA designation required
• Minimum 3 years in accounting or financial analysis
• Knowledge of IESO and OEB rules an asset
• Robust excel skills, especially with large datasets
