Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels using CAMP software.

Receive parts and material into stock using approved processes. Ensure the quarantine of non-conforming aircraft parts and materials. Package and ship material and tools in support of aircraft operational and maintenance schedules.

Monitor parts and material including dangerous goods; and preparing shelf-life control reports. Prepare and manage outbound international shipments, including preparing customs documents and selecting shipping methods. Work with the Aviation Engineering team.

Work with external couriers and freight companies to collect packages from stores for distribution to other bases and suppliers.

Ensure

Aircraft on Ground items are prioritized, and delivery arrangements finalized. Participate in all training as assigned including but not limited to Human Factors, Ladder & Lifting, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), Transportation of Dangerous Goods. This position will be in an on-call rotation after business hours.





High school diploma or equivalent (a Degree/Diploma in a related field would be considered an asset). Two to three (2-3) years of experience in an Inventory Management environment in an Aviation setting. Methods and practices used to receive, store, issue, transport, and distribute material Data entry Stock control and inventory management Control of Documentation WHMIS training an asset (annual training is provided) Shipping and customs documentation Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
