The Evergreens Foundation seeks a Director of Operations to lead lodge and regional housing operations across west-central Alberta. Reporting to the CAO, you will translate strategy into action, align people and resources, and deliver measurable outcomes for residents and tenants.
You will oversee a 200+ person workforce, drive performance, manage budgets, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance and service quality across multiple sites.
