Property ManagerWe need an experienced Property Manager for Camp Towhee, CDI's overnight summer Therapeutic Recreation Program. The role is a four‑month contract (June 2026 to September 30, 2026) with potential annual renewal.Reporting to the Manager, Facilities and Administration, the Property Manager will oversee the Camp Towhee property throughout spring, summer, and fall.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the overall safety, cleanliness, and hygiene of the camp.Oversee general maintenance, cleaning, and repairs across the camp as directed by the Manager, Facilities and Administration and the Camp Director.Open and close the property seasonally, including managing water systems.Monitor and maintain the drinking water system,



ensuring daily quality.Complete approved maintenance requests in a timely manner and take on additional projects as required.Oversee water, waste, and site systems.QualificationsProven experience in property or facilities management within a similar setting.Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to camp or hospitality facilities.Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Advantages / CompensationAnnual salary: $62,400.
