and communicate findings clearly to Service teamPartner with Service Advisors to provide updates on repair timelines or recommend additional safety workConduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections on new inventory to ensure every vehicle leaving the shop is in top conditionCoordinate with the Parts Department to source what you need and manage warranty labelingAssist fellow technicians when needed to maintain overall shop productivityMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all timesFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsEnsure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer informationParticipate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environmentWhat We’re Looking ForAutomotive Service Technician Red Seal Certification or currently in the process of challenging itPrevious experience as an automotive technician is requiredA valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract is requiredAble to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detailDetail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to remain calm and focused in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual,
