TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, is seeking a Leader Technician - Assembly for a full time, on-site contract in Ontario. We supply injection-molded interior/exterior parts and assemblies to Toyota and Honda, with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will follow work instructions, operate injection machines and assembly stations, meet hourly quotas, document daily production, and support Kanban and 5S practices while training teammates and maintaining a safe work environment.
