This is a foundational role: you will define how Quality Assurance works within the practice, embed it into our delivery processes across Salesforce implementations, and drive the integration of AI into how we test and validate our work.You won’t manage a team on day one. Instead, you’ll lead by influence, designing standards, frameworks, and tooling that Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Architects follow. You’ll be executing on hands‑on QA so you understand how our processes work today, but also take a lead role in building AI‑powered QA agents into our agentic workflows for tomorrow. and processes that govern quality across all client engagements.Lead QA across multiple concurrent client projects, balancing breadth and rigor without becoming a bottleneck.Embed QA into how our teams (humans and agents) work, equipping Developers, Admins, and Architects with processes, criteria, and tooling to conduct QA as a natural part of delivery.Assist in the deployment of AI‑powered QA agents integrated into our agentic workflows, ensuring quality is validated automatically and continuously.Define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and regression frameworks appropriate to each engagement’s complexity and risk profile.Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Developers, and DevOps to ensure QA is considered at the design stage, not bolted on at the end.Build documentation, runbooks, and training materials that make QA standards reproducible across the Salesforce team.Continuously evaluate and improve our QA tooling and practices, with an eye toward automation and AI‑assisted validation.Contribute to internal IP quality assurance as part of Ateko’s broader product and tooling development.Other duties as required.What You BringRequiredAbility to work in Canada: Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a work permit.5 or more years of QA experience, with a track record of leading QA on complex software delivery engagements.Demonstrated experience building or formalizing QA processes from the ground up in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment.Experience with Salesforce QA, testing Salesforce implementations including Flows, Apex, integrations,
