Position DetailsHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per yearLocation: Remote in CanadaThis is a new requirement.Job FunctionThe Power Platform Solutions Consultant designs, develops, and implements solutions using Microsoft Power Platform — including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse—alongside custom‑coded applications built with C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript. The role is central to building and maintaining scalable, efficient, and user‑friendly applications that enhance business processes within the EvergreenWorx suite.Working across both agile and waterfall methods, the consultant contributes throughout the full development lifecycle—from requirements analysis and technical design through to implementation, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate combines low‑code / no‑code proficiency with traditional software engineering skills to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with business requirements and technical best practices.Organizational RelationshipReports directly to the Technical Team Lead. Collaborates with:Development Team – peer developers, senior engineers, and architectsProduct Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts – to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsQA / Testing Team – to conduct testing, resolve defects, and improve performanceApplication Consultants – to support implementation, deployment, and client‑facing deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesSolution Development & CustomizationBuild and maintain Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, workflows, dashboards, and custom connectors using the Power PlatformDevelop and maintain custom applications and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and REST APIsImplement PCF controls to extend Power Platform functionality and integrate with external systemsSupport data modeling and integration using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Azure servicesWrite clean, well‑documented code and troubleshoot issues across both Power Platform and custom applicationsIntegration & Performance OptimizationIntegrate Power Platform applications with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and AI BuilderOptimize application performance to ensure scalability and maintainabilityTroubleshoot technical issues, debug errors, and improve solution reliabilityGovernance,
