Our ideal candidate is a highly productive Technician and comes with a background of in-depth General Motors knowledge, is a strong team player who demonstrates a positive attitude and has a willingness to help others.Responsibilities:Supervise the day-to-day operation of the service shop, including monitoring the completion and quality of workProvide support to Technicians and Apprentices and hold them accountable to achieving productivity goalsProvide guidance and advice on best practices including quoting, diagnostics and repairsManage and monitor the workflow in the shop to maximize efficiencyTraining and onboarding of new hires to the teamEnsure safety protocols in the shop are met, including the appropriate use of PPE,
