supportive environment where guest experience is key – we want you on our team!ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSProvide exceptional service, knowledgeably sell and up-sell mocktails, cocktails, wine and craft beerPerform opening duties to prepare for service and closing duties at end of shiftServe guests in a prompt, attentive, professional and courteous manner within the seating limits to ensure proper table flips for the next reservationProvide the ultimate guest experience, get to know your guests and create an environment that they want to experience againMaintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and wait stationsPolish glassware, wine glasses and cutlery to the required standardCreate the proper ambience and atmosphere in the restaurant and adjust as the evening progressesKnowledgeably recommend wine and drink pairings to the food menu for the guestsSupport other service team membersOther duties as requiredSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position reports directly to the Manager, Full-Service Dining & Banquets and does not require any supervisory responsibilities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIESServing It Right Certificate requiredExperience serving in a high-volume restaurant environmentPossess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills while maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with all team membersAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPersonable,

Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays.
