Duties Build strong customer partnerships by understanding their goals and ensuring meaningful value from solutions Lead successful adoption of Document Cloud products, helping customers achieve their key outcomes Collaborate with Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive account health Deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations and narratives that resonate with customers Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Support,



and others to ensure smooth launches and strong adoption Own the customer journey across adoption, expansion, and retention Gather insights, identify trends, and share recommendations with product teams to drive innovation Skills 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success, ideally in technology and with marketing products Strong track record of resolving complex customer challenges and getting results Demonstrated success meeting sales or success targets Trusted advisor attitude with experience identifying business value and expansion opportunities Self-starter with a collaborative, proactive approach Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Benefits Summary Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
