Key Responsibilities:
• Control and monitor access to the shelter
• Utilize de-escalation techniques during incidents
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
• Respond to emergencies and assist during evacuations
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate effectively
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of security experience in shelters
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid & CPR Certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to work rotating schedules
